The policy provides for prohibited uses which are illegal, harmful, misleading, security risk or contrary to the purpose of the platform.

1. Acceptable use

The platform user should not use in a manner that would be illegal, harmful, misleading, security risk or contrary to the purpose of the platform.

2. Prohibitions of conduct

It shall be prohibited to carry out unauthorised penetration, scanning or loading tests, attempt to obtain access to accounts of other users, input of viruses, worms, malicious codes or harmful scripts, mass sending of spam, false presentation, publication or processing of illegal data, infringement of intellectual property rights, copying functionality or business model of the platform, use of a platform to train competing systems without the consent of the provider and conduct disproportionate burden on the infrastructure.

3. Measures in case of infringements

In the event of an infringement, the provider may immediately restrict or terminate access to the platform, protect the system and the data and take other reasonable measures to prevent damage or abuse.
