Special conditions of subscription HVAC.TOP

Supplementary conditions govern subscription access, payments, termination of subscription, late payment and access restrictions.

1. Subject matter of special conditions

These specific conditions of subscription complement the general conditions of use of the platform HVAC.TOP and regulate subscription access, payments, termination of subscription, late payment and access restrictions.

2. Subscription valid only for the period paid

User gets the right to use the platform only for the period for which subscription is actually paid.

If a user does not pay a new subscription, access is automatically suspended or restricted after the end of the period paid.

Non-renewal of the subscription shall not be considered as termination of the contract by notice but as the natural expiry of the right of use paid.

3. No automatic extension without payment

The subscription is not automatically renewed without a new payment unless the user has explicitly included the automatic payment or otherwise agreed in writing.

If automatic payment is enabled, the user may terminate the automatic extension before the start of the new accounting period.

4. Non-payment

In the event of default, the provider may immediately restrict access to the platform.

The provider shall not be obliged to provide the service, support, export of data or data retention for a user who does not have due obligations, except to the extent required by the mandatory regulations..

5. Promotion prices

Promotional prices, initial discounts, free periods or special offers shall be valid only for the period and conditions expressly stated.

After the end of the promotion, a regular price list shall be used unless otherwise agreed in writing.
